WIBAP is a socially active and engaged network of Caribbeans living and working within the Bay Area. Our purpose is to: Support and cultivate our colourful, and vibrant West Indian culture and community; Meet socially to converse, share, and nurture the traditions of family and country, customs, and foods; Listen to each others voices, ideas and expressions; and, share our culture with people other than our own nationalities.
